SECTORIAL Focus on Services for Highways, Airports, Urban Development. Provides
entire bandwidth of services from Concept to Commissioning including designing,
drawing, estimation, traffic and revenue studies, contract management, supervision and
monitoring, operation and management plans etc.
Job profile:
1) Communication:
Initiating / Monitoring / Implementing / Allocating various office circulars issued from time
to time. To arrange & facilitate departmental meetings.
To look after the arrangement of staff recreation programmes arranged by HR.
To ensure proper communication of DRDM & responsibilities to all staff members.
2) Travel & Accommodation
To ensure proper arrangements of Train tickets / Reservations / Hotel Bookings / Guest

3) Purchase Order Activity
Plan for procurement of the month after authenticating the requirement from user HOD
and get it sanctioned.
To monitor vendors Bill and compliances till forwarding to Accounts Department and then
for payments to vendors.
4) Housekeeping/Maintenance
To ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of Office Equipments, office gadgets to avoid
breakdowns.
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene of Office and office premises.
Monitoring of office layouts and Seating arrangements.
To monitor AMC’c & insurances. Their timely renewal, and any claims for insurances

5) Branch Set Up
To monitor set up of Branch Offices and Project Site Offices. Also to supervise the Branch
Co-ordination activity.
To co-ordinate with Branches and obtain Monthly Satisfactory Report with respect to any
administrative supplies / support required from HO.
6) Filing
To ensure proper management of related files, papers, documents, day to day
functioning, office routine, confidential correspondences etc.in complete compliance of
DRDM.
To ensure maintenance and periodic updation of the File Index of the main section.
7) Attendance & Employee Job Reporting
To monitor daily attendance, Sunday Attendance & report absenteeism / Late comings &
shift workings.
Monitoring the MIS reports and functions of subordinates.Training & guiding all
subordinates.Checking of Daily Review Reports of all subordinates & guidance in case of
need.
To assign targets & obtain work from sub-staff through Jr. Executive.
