QA Lead / Manager of Accounting Hub application in Lloyds which is used to provide
Account Enquiry and Posting Service within payments landscape of LBG.
At present its being re-designed for IT Resilience enabled to post payments to Halifax
and BOS Accounts, along with this worked on E-Payments which was to STP
international Payments using a Engine Developed on GPP – Fundtech product.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: QA Lead / Manager
• Test planning and deciding on test strategy, discussing with various
stake holders and getting an Agreement.

P2P Mobile payments was a UK Payment Council Mandated Programme delivering to
allow Payments to be send from Person to Person using their Mobile Phone numbers
a Proxy to their Account numbers via FPS Scheme.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: QA Lead / FPS Functional SME
• Planning for ensuring E2E Environment is available and connectivity
established with FPS gateway of Vocalink.
• Acting as Functional SME for FPS Payments.
• Liaising with Payment council in day2day execution and connecting
Lloyds FPS lines with Vocalink.
• Supporting day2day test execution with other banks.
• Identifying any functional defects and its analysis in E2E testing.
• Performed a POC in E2E testing to identify a critical bug in the P2P
solution and received accolades from stake holders.

Project Profile 3: Industry Account Switches, Lloyds BANK

Description of Project:
Industry Account Switchers was a UK Payment Council Regulated Mandatory
programme which very tight timelines to meet the planned launch, the programme
was intended to provide Account Switching Functionality Active in UK banking
domain within 7 workings Days of SLA, Programme Test Lead and Industry Test Lead
representing Lloyds at UK Payment council Testing forums with hands on experience
of E2E Testing with other banks.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: Programme QA Lead
• Test planning and preparing Test strategy, writing FTP and MTP,
arranging walkthrough to all, managing various Code releases in SIT
for various Business functional flows.
• On boarding usage of AGILE Methodology for one of the Key
application within Lloyds bank on PEGA PRPC product.
• Preparing Testing Estimates and SOW Allocation for the different
teams of offshore.
• Understanding Business requirements and the E2E Solution for those,
working with offshore team in preparing Test Scenarios arranging
walkthrough with all stakeholders
• Leading Industry testing for both IAS and FPS, right from Scenarios

Description of Project:
SEPA PSD 2012 was a UK Payment Council Regulated Mandatory programme to meet
the major functional requirement for the Payee banks to send payments to
destination bank in Day + 1 window from the current Day + 3 window to increase
the transaction flow in UK Market and help in economic recovery.
The design to achieve this requirement was very complex and lot of new interfaces
Online and batch being established in Lloyds Bank IT Solution.
Roles and responsibilities in the project:
• SIT Test Lead for one of the Functional area which checks the sortcode
reachability before deciding if the Payment would go in D+1 or D+ 3
windows from Internet Banking channel.
• Test lead for Environment issues and smoke Testing for various
interface for different flows.
• Code Release in SIT and its configuration maintenance in SIT / UAT
Environment.
• Defect logging, triaging and follow-up with ADM teams till re-test and
closure.
• Flagging any Risk and Issue to Project Managers well advance and help

Project Profile 5: Low Care Integration Payments, Lloyds BANK
Duration May 2010 – June 2011

Description of Project:
LTSB and HBOS integration was major programme after 2 banks decided to merge.
This project was to integrate the Low value Payments flow within between the 2
banks though one structure of IT system called as STP (Straight through Payments)
which works as a Payment Routing Engine in LTSB for BACS and Faster Payments.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: Technical Test Lead
• Setting up the Reference Data for testing in STP application for SIT and UAT.
• Supporting SIT / UAT, Critical Business Testing in Functional and Volume test
execution.
• Supporting Industry and Dress Rehearsals testing for Integration &
Implementation support.
• Quality control activities QA and UAT support – Defect raising and handling in
SIT / UAT
• Analysis of Critical business defect and Reconciliation.
• Regression Test Lead for the STP.
• Hands on Execution of SIT and Regression testing providing daily updates to

Project Profile 6: Integration of LOA of LTSB & HBOS and ETL for Comm Acc,
Lloyds BANK

Description of Project:
The Project covered the Integration of Limit Renewal and Limit History application
which was handles the Overdraft Limit and renewals for Lloyds Accounts. The
application was a combination of Mainframe Batch for Auto-renewals and online support
for front end channels through IWS API’s.
LBG integration required Migration of commercial Accounts from HBOS to Lloyds
Excess Management System via Extract transform and load. It was batch testing for
load the Data in EM Database.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: Onshore Test Lead / Analyst.
• Analyzing the requirement and preparing Functional and Master Test Plan for
System Testing
• System testing execution and validation, doing SIT testing and provide UAT
support.
• Preparation of EOTR and providing support to front end channels for SIT
testing.

Description of Project:
SEPA PSD Phase 1 was a mandatory implementation for all the banks in UK in order
to achieve a one Single European Payment Area for banks in UK and Europe.
Roles and responsibilities in the project:
• Test Environment engagement and Environment Support and configuration
management in E2E Environment.
• Setting up the E2E Environment for SIT testing by getting all the relevant
interfaces set-up through service delivery experts for SIT and UAT testing,
• Environment health checks and reporting to service delivery if any issues with
any servers in terms of space or clearing unwanted messages from the
queues using WMQ explorer
• Execution of STP for SIT / UAT and code deployment and Configuration on
STP.

IMS (International Medical System) provides statistical information and
consulting to various drug manufacturing organizations all over the world.
The world wide medical (WWM) system produces medical reports
summarizing Doctor Patient encounters and prescriptions.
The World Wide Medical Production control handles Medical production for 45
countries. The reports generated by the system are used by the
pharmaceutical companies.

fashion materials had its IT applications on Mainframe Batch & Online which were
maintained and enhanced by DSS.
Roles and responsibilities in the project: Programmer Analyst
• On Call production support in the Batch runs at the EOD batch suite
• Support and Maintenance for any production issues and enhancements.
• Requirement Analysis for new work and enhancements.
• Code development, Unit testing, System test and preparing user test cases
before handling to UAT and creating support handover rundecks.
• Providing fix for any overnight production issues in batch.
