document to detect errors.
• Editing is the arranging, revising
and preparing material for final
production. The object of
editing is to remove any factual,
grammatical and typographical
errors: Clarification of obscure
passages and elimination of
parts not suitable to audience,
proper sequencing to achieve a
smooth narrative

• Do one error set at a time – eg punctuation,
grammar, spelling, tense consistency

• One sentence at a time
