Responsible for the HR tasks, policies, practices and employee issues across the organization. Responsible for
providing HR advice and support in line with service level agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
Conduct Interviews of Walk-in Candidates.
Recruitment selection and salary negotiations.
Prepare Offer letter for the selected candidates and prepare appointment letter on submission of all the
mandatory documents by the candidates.
Maintain and send details of all the new joining.
