This document provides an agenda and overview for a group project meeting facilitated by Lesley. The 50-minute meeting will include an icebreaker, establishing ground rules, brainstorming research topics, and scheduling future facilitations. Blog 4 instructions ask students to plan their facilitation of a team meeting by outlining the objective, agenda, structure tools like logistics and ground rules, and which process tools they will use. A sample is provided that establishes the objective of continuing team development and establishing a research plan, includes an agenda, and details how structure and process tools like gatekeeping and summarizing will be applied. Blog 5 asks students to provide self-feedback on facilitation strengths and areas for improvement.

Gatekeeping

everyone
Questions
⢠Open questions will be important to help
generate ideas for the ground rules and the
research plan
⢠E.g. What are the possible sub-topics of our
workshop topic; What rules/guidelines will help
us do our best work?

19. Blog 4:Sample Process Plan
⢠Paraphrasing
⢠Iâll use paraphrasing to ensure that I understand
key points that my teammates share
