CHANGE MANAGEMENT TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS GROWTH
(ISO 41000 : 2015 ALIGNED WITH CHANGE MANAGEMENT)
Background
Permasalahan yang masih terus dihadapi oleh perusahaan (organisasi) yang telah menjalankan/melakukan
perubahan manajemen, adalah belum dapat dirasakannya pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan,
karena orientasi dari tindakan untuk melakukan perubahan terfokus pada satu jenis permasalahan yang
dihadapi, atau tujuan strategis perusahaan (organisasi) yang terintegrasi belum dapat dicapai.
Penyebab utama dari permasalahan tersebut adalah belum dimilikinya standard kompetensi organisasi
sebagaimana diharuskan dalam standard internasional (ISO 41000 : 2015) berupa facility management,
sehingga maksud dan tujuan dari penerapan change management bagi organisasi belum dipadukan
(terintegrasi).
Overview
Program “Change Management Toward Sustainable Business Growth (ISO 41000 : 2015 Aligned with
Change Management) merupakan program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman yang
dilakukan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, studi kasus dan simulasi, sehingga peserta memiliki
ketrampilan yang terintegrasi dalam melakukan perubahan manajemen secara menyeluruh untuk mencapai
keberhasilan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan.
Peserta di dalam program ini, akan memiliki ketrampilan yang terpadu untuk menyelesaikan berbagai
permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategis berupa keberhasilan pada
pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan.
Understanding
Program “Change Management Towards Sustainable Business Growth (ISO 41000 : 2015 Aligned with
Change Management) adalah program transformasi kepada peserta untuk memiliki kemampuan yang
terintegrasi dalam menghadapi permasalahan pada saat ini dan masa yang akan datang, serta menyelaraskan
tujuan strategis perusahaan dalam mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan di masa depan.
Peserta di dalam program akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep keberhasilan
Standard Internasional ISO 41000 : 2015 yang diterapkan pada program Change Management, sehingga
pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan dimasa depan dapat tercapai melalui identifikasi berbagai
permasalahan pada saat ini dan masa depan, dan menyelesaikannya secara terpadu.
Objective
1. Mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan yang akan dihadapi pada masa kini dan masa depan, saat
melakukan perubahan manajemen
2. Efektifitas dan efisiensi penyelesaian masalah secara terintegrasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis
secara berkesinambungan
3. Meningkatkan kompetensi bagi organisasi dan anggota team menjadi selaras dengan kebutuhan
organisasi dimasa depan dalam mencapai tujuan strategis
4. Meningkatkan kinerja bagi individu dan organisasi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan yang dipersyaratkan
di masa depan
5. Memastikan keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategis berupa pertumbuhan yang
berksinambungan

1. Pemahaman Manajemen Perubahan dan ISO 41000 : 2015
2. Model Manajemen Perubahan
3. Mengubah Karakteristik dan menjadi Agent Perubahan (Visi untuk Perubahan)
4. Data Collection dan standard fasilitas manajemenyang berkesinambungan
5. Kesiapan organisasi dan standard bimbingan fasilitas manajemen yang berkesinambungan
6. Kesiapan dalam menghadapi reaksi perubahan dan strategic facility management
7. Melakukan penilaian resiko dan property pada ISO 41000 : 2015
8. Keuntungan perubahan jangka pendek dan membangun momentum melalui facility Management
9. Menyelaraskan manajemen perubahan dengan rencana bisnis berdasarkan Internasional Standard (ISO
41000 : 2015)
10. Membuat pondasi perubahan dan/atau membangun strategy implementasi ISO 41000 : 2015
terhadap program change management

Program ini diselenggarakan selama 3 (tiga) hari, @ 6 (enam) jam, dengan run down sebagai berikut:
1. Pengenalan topic bahasan, selama 0.5 jam
2. Pendalaman topic bahasan, selama 1.5 jam
3. Identifikasi permasalahan, selama 1.5 jam
4. Menguraikan standardisasi dan change management, selama 1 jam
5. Simulasi untuk memberikan transformasi 1 jam

Change management towards sustainable business growth (aligned with ISO 41000-2015)

CHANGE MANAGEMENT TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS GROWTH (ISO 41000 : 2015 ALIGNED WITH CHANGE MANAGEMENT) Background Permasalahan yang masih terus dihadapi oleh perusahaan (organisasi) yang telah menjalankan/melakukan perubahan manajemen, adalah belum dapat dirasakannya pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan, karena orientasi dari tindakan untuk melakukan perubahan terfokus pada satu jenis permasalahan yang dihadapi, atau tujuan strategis perusahaan (organisasi) yang terintegrasi belum dapat dicapai. Penyebab utama dari permasalahan tersebut adalah belum dimilikinya standard kompetensi organisasi sebagaimana diharuskan dalam standard internasional (ISO 41000 : 2015) berupa facility management, sehingga maksud dan tujuan dari penerapan change management bagi organisasi belum dipadukan (terintegrasi). Overview Program “Change Management Toward Sustainable Business Growth (ISO 41000 : 2015 Aligned with Change Management) merupakan program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, studi kasus dan simulasi, sehingga peserta memiliki ketrampilan yang terintegrasi dalam melakukan perubahan manajemen secara menyeluruh untuk mencapai keberhasilan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan. Peserta di dalam program ini, akan memiliki ketrampilan yang terpadu untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategis berupa keberhasilan pada pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan. Understanding Program “Change Management Towards Sustainable Business Growth (ISO 41000 : 2015 Aligned with Change Management) adalah program transformasi kepada peserta untuk memiliki kemampuan yang terintegrasi dalam menghadapi permasalahan pada saat ini dan masa yang akan datang, serta menyelaraskan tujuan strategis perusahaan dalam mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan di masa depan. Peserta di dalam program akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep keberhasilan Standard Internasional ISO 41000 : 2015 yang diterapkan pada program Change Management, sehingga pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan dimasa depan dapat tercapai melalui identifikasi berbagai permasalahan pada saat ini dan masa depan, dan menyelesaikannya secara terpadu. Objective 1. Mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan yang akan dihadapi pada masa kini dan masa depan, saat melakukan perubahan manajemen 2. Efektifitas dan efisiensi penyelesaian masalah secara terintegrasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan

Meningkatkan kinerja bagi individu dan organisasi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan yang dipersyaratkan di masa depan 5. Memastikan keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategis berupa pertumbuhan yang berksinambungan Program Content 1. Pemahaman Manajemen Perubahan dan ISO 41000 : 2015 2. Model Manajemen Perubahan 3. Mengubah Karakteristik dan menjadi Agent Perubahan (Visi untuk Perubahan) 4. Data Collection dan standard fasilitas manajemenyang berkesinambungan 5. Kesiapan organisasi dan standard bimbingan fasilitas manajemen yang berkesinambungan 6. Kesiapan dalam menghadapi reaksi perubahan dan strategic facility management 7. Melakukan penilaian resiko dan property pada ISO 41000 : 2015 8. Keuntungan perubahan jangka pendek dan membangun momentum melalui facility Management 9. Menyelaraskan manajemen perubahan dengan rencana bisnis berdasarkan Internasional Standard (ISO 41000 : 2015) 10. Membuat pondasi perubahan dan/atau membangun strategy implementasi ISO 41000 : 2015 terhadap program change management Run Down Program ini diselenggarakan selama 3 (tiga) hari, @ 6 (enam) jam, dengan run down sebagai berikut: 1.
