online Remediation scorecard and reporting tools; wrote scripts, designed, and built reporting web
site to enhance status, reporting and perform trending analysis.
• Discovered and resolved significant deficiencies in of Solaris and Linux platforms. Some security
issues affected 80% of servers and over 2,000 machines due to improper configuration of scanner
software. Uncovered and remediated other large security issues which affected nearly all Unix/Linux
installations at BAC. Due to security concerns, additional details cannot be provided.

Assistant Vice President, Risk Management/Mitigation, Server Compliance & Remediation (2/2009–10/2009)
Managed and remediated audit issues. Contacted line of business, arranged meetings, and explained
complex issues to non-technical managers and staff. Educated, raised awareness, and worked closely
with audit to swiftly resolve issues. Provided disaster recovery engineering and support.
Assistant Vice President, Security Services (Proxy) (2/2005–2/2009)
Directed engineering and implementation of B2B and Corporate-to-Corporate network connectivity.
Was also responsible for the administration of the Associate browsing proxies. Conducted triage
troubleshooting of network connectivity using packet tracing and process tracing tools such as ptrace,
strace, Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
