  • 3. Get Ready for 2011 in 7 Easy Steps! 2. RHA will interview staff, volunteers, Board Members and stakeholders to gain insight and encourage input into the strategic planning process.
  • 4. Get Ready for 2011 in 7 Easy Steps! 3. RHA will then conduct an evaluation and analysis on current organizational fund development, marketing and communication operations, as well as provide an overview of the operations and fund development activities of organizations similar to yours.
  • 5. Get Ready for 2011 in 7 Easy Steps! 4. RHA will outline key fund development, marketing and communications options to consider, as well as provide our recommendations for growth and diversification.
  • 6. Get Ready for 2011 in 7 Easy Steps! 5. We reconvene to review our findings and recommendations. The objective of this meeting is to reach a consensus on the direction that should be taken over the next two or three years.
