I've learned a few things over the years about SaaS, Professional Services, and Product Management and I've decided to share what I know in easy to digest presentations. After all, we are all familiar with the famous thought experiment that begins with "if a tree falls in the forest...", but in today's world, shouldn't it be updated it to "if an experience happens, but its insights are never shared, then did it really make an impact?"
