I've had a long experience (10+ years) leading teams at my own company, with a big help from Agile Methodologies, mostly for Brazil's Public Sector IT projects. Now I'm helping companies to fit in a Digital World as a consultant/coach/mentor. I've worked at Media, Telco and Banking sectors. Also, I've been voluntarily mentoring entrepreneurs to help them reaching their goals. I really like to learn and share knowledge: I'm one of the authors of the book "Métodos Ágeis para Desenvolvimento de Software", I've been a speaker at the main events about Agile Methodologies of Brazil, having helped to create 2 of them.
