Innovation is making changes. According to Max Mckeon in his book “The truth about innovation” this term may refer to both incremental and radical changes in thoughts, in things, in processes or in services. In fact, companies or manufactures that are most successful with their innovation programs are those that exert appropriate influence on the process so that ideas are uncovered, captured, reviewed and pursued or discarded, while, at the same time, encouraging the work place in which employees feel free to experiment and fail.
