PLANT, which consists of DM unit, Air Compressors, Incinerator, Waste Water System,
condensate system, Cooling Towers, PHE, CLCW system and Steam boilers.
 Worked as field and DCS operator from Jun 2007 to Dec 2010 in METHNANOL PLANT
(H2 + CO) which consists of Sulphur Removal Unit, Furnace - Steam Reformer, Feed
gas and Syn. gas Centrifugal compressor, ARC convertor, waste heat boiler, saturator,
 De-saturator, vent scrubber, and Distillation Column (CDU & MDU), Centrifugal and
Reciprocating Pumps, Heat Exchangers etc.
 Amine Gas Treatment unit: Gas sweetening to remove acid gases (Co2 +H2S) from
natural gas by using MDEA as an absorbent to remove Co2 from 1% to less than 200
ppm.
 Dehydration (Molecular Sieve): The dehydration package reduces the water content to
the required product water specification of 0.1 ppmv from .01086% mole from the
process gas stream to avoid freezing out in cryogenic unit.
 Sour Water System unit: Sour water rich in H2s, Nh3 & Co2 are treated in sour water
stripper.
 Water Treatment: Operation and control of pumps, sand filters, Multimedia filters,
Chemical dosing pumps, High pressure multistage centrifugal pumps and plunger
multistage pumps. Oxygen removed by oxygen scavenger and vacuum pumps and
using biocide for killing bacteria and controlling TSS, Turbidity by ferric sulphate and
polyelectrolyte.

 Worked as senior supervisor and having commissioning and working experience in
field and DCS from Jan 1999 to Jun 2007 in NFCL (M/S Nagarjuna Fertilizers and
