As a core team member for two SAP HR implementations in L&T played various roles from RFP
(Request for Proposal) till end user support.
 Documented AS IS process of Time & Administration Module for SAP HCM ECC 6.0 version
 Independently handled GO-Live of the SAP HR OM, PA, PMS and Time & Attendance module at
Business unit level for both the implementations (i.e 4.6C & HCM 6.0) at business unit level
 Creation and maintenance of organization structure, required for portal flow on SAP
 Conducted class room training programs for end users of OM, PA, PMS and T&A modules as well
as ESS portal awareness
 Providing Functional Specifications for carrying out various modifications to the Module
Applications such as BDCs, LSMWs, and Authorization Metrics etc. to the implementation partner
