- Moving to this new patient paradigm also changes the way clinicians work requiring Health IT Solutions to also evolve to support this new paradigm. Information technology in Health is evolving beyond systems of record, to systems of insight and systems of engagement. Improving collaboration and communication is a critical component to successfully delivering proactive health, wellness and care in the new patient paradigm.
