recirculation fan duct, complete fan
casing was replaced recently and
then the duct broke - currently not
used anymore

gets choked and now not working
anymore

1. High corrosion in Stack
2. Flue gas cleaning not working properly
3. High costs of chemicals in FGC
4. Step Grate consisting of 4 zones – 2 middle zones changed already
5. Lumping is seen on the grate during rainy season
6. Bag filter hopper gets choked after few hours of start up
7. High corrosion in combustion adjacent areas
8. Most of access doors already cracked
