• Have you done artwork focus tour rather than the space focus (real estate) tour?
• When looking at tour vendors its important to remember that like design and website
creators… these firms are limited by the client’s budget, restrictions and vision.
• Production
Step 1: Deciding on what information to provide to the audience via tags.
Step 2: Create the content for the tags which can be text(60 characters), image, link to the
website, link to the YouTube video.
Step 3: 360 scanning 2-3 hours (8,000 sq ft gallery)
Step 4: Vendor to put together the scanned images and tag information.
Step 5 (option): social media clips (walkthrough virtual tour clips)

During the COVID pandemic, my 13 years old says, ”I am having a movie party with my
friends tonight!” I said “WHATTTTT?” I am not having several girls at my living during
COVID time! She said, “oh mom….”
Netflix came out with Teleparty. Teleparty is a browser extension for watching TV remotely
with friends, e.g., for movie nights with that long-distance special someone. It synchronizes
video playback and adds group chat. So you can laugh and giggle together!

Matterport: Virtual Tours Vendors and Production • Vendors • Have you done the museum quality tour? • Have you done artwork focus tour rather than the space focus (real estate) tour? • When looking at tour vendors its important to remember that like design and website creators… these firms are limited by the client’s budget, restrictions and vision. • Production Step 1: Deciding on what information to provide to the audience via tags. Step 2: Create the content for the tags which can be text(60 characters), image, link to the website, link to the YouTube video. Step 3: 360 scanning 2-3 hours (8,000 sq ft gallery) Step 4: Vendor to put together the scanned images and tag information. Step 5 (option): social media clips (walkthrough virtual tour clips)

Experience together During the COVID pandemic, my 13 years old says, ”I am having a movie party with my friends tonight!” I said “WHATTTTT?” I am not having several girls at my living during COVID time! She said, “oh mom….” Netflix came out with Teleparty. Teleparty is a browser extension for watching TV remotely with friends, e.g., for movie nights with that long-distance special someone. It synchronizes video playback and adds group chat. So you can laugh and giggle together!
