MODEL
OBJECTIVES
1. To identify the impact of age group in leaveism.
2. To measure the impact of job loss in leaveism
3. To measure the impact of attendance policies.
4. To measure the impact of work overload.
5. To measure the impact of presenteeism.
HYPOTHESIS
Ho1: there is no impact of age group in leaveism
Ho2: impact of job loss doesn’t affect the leaveism
Ho3: there is no effect of attendance policies on leaveism
Ho4: there is no relationship between presenteeism and leaveism
Ho5: there is no impact of work overload on leaveism.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
• Population:- employees are mainly participated in leaveism.
