2. Hello reader, please allow me to have a little introduction for this reaction paper in the
fulfillment of my major subject IS 216 about leadership seminar.
My name is Mark John P. Lado I am a web developer programmer who specializes in, or
is specifically engaged in, the development of World Wide Web applications, or distributed
network applications that are run over HTTP from a web server to a web browser. I am also a
software developer concerned with facets of the software development process. In short,
developers "I can make software for the world to use." My work includes researching,
designing, implementing, and testing software.
The thread is about making a reaction paper for the fulfillment of my major subject IS
216 regards to leadership seminar. In addition my definition for reaction is an action
performed or a feeling experienced in response to a situation or event.
In leadership seminar it will expand your potential as a leader and work jointly on an
activity, especially to produce or create something to the leadership so that the seminar will
improve company valuation and grow top talent for the future. This kind of seminar inspires
and also inspired great quantity of successful leaders all over the world.
Today we work with individuals, teams and organizations from across the world. The

Junard Lacierda, the speaker, hones my leadership skills. I am thankful to have a man
like him. Lacierda is not just the speaker of thread. He is one of my close friends. I was surprised
when I heard that Lacierda will be the speaker. Through the person who speaks; I achieved the
best on how to develop as leader within my fellow. His ideas helped me in becoming a more
effective leader. The leadership seminar gave me the opportunity to explore what I am as a
leader as well as what kinds of things leaders are called upon to do.
I am also thankful in having an instructor like Lovely Dena Caso who handled my major
subject IS 216. Caso conducted a leadership seminar to fulfill the needs of her students who
take the branch of knowledge that is studied or taught in a school, or college and to make her
undergraduate IS professionals sharpen the skills and improve performance in leadership. It
emphasizes the principles of effective leadership. Moreover, this leadership training seminar
offers people the practical tools and techniques to handle crowd of people.

3. The leadership seminar changed my life totally. In today's world, values-based
leadership is crucial. Everyone needs the Seminar to help navigate the future. Sidestepping
four common mistakes can help companies develop stronger and more capable leaders, save
time and money, and boost morale. As I found out leadership seminar provides me with in-
depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business.
