Goal:
•School Year 2020 – 2021 will open on August 24,
2020 but personnel and learners shall follow DOH
guidelines on Social/Physical Distancing and observe
proper hygiene and sanitation protocols (facemask,
handwashing, thermal scan, foot bath, etc).
•Class Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

PROCEDURE
FOR INCOMING GRADE 8, 9, 10, & 12
•Learners may opt to enrol online via facebook
messenger
• Teachers will be assigned to facilitate the online
enrolment
• Announcement for online enrolment will be posted on
the school’s facebook page or through “recoreda”
•For learners who have no internet access, enrolment
per grade level will be scheduled
ENROLMENT
PROCEDURE
FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 & 11
•Learners’ enrolment will be scheduled by
area
•Thermal scanner, foot bath, hand washing
and disinfecting area will be available at the
school’s entrance
•Social/Physical distancing must be strictly
observed
The decision for this learning modality was based on
the school, teachers and students’ locality where
there’s no confirmed positive cases of COVID 19, and
limited and unreliable internet connection.
The 3 in-school days will give the teachers time to have
face-to-face interaction, transfer of learning, giving of
instruction and assessment of learners’ learning.
The 2 off-school days will give the learners time for
independent learning through home study activities,
and also to lessen their exposure.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR INCOMING GRADE 8, 9, 10, & 12 •Learners may opt to enrol online via facebook messenger • Teachers will be assigned to facilitate the online enrolment • Announcement for online enrolment will be posted on the school’s facebook page or through “recoreda” •For learners who have no internet access, enrolment per grade level will be scheduled
  • 21. ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 & 11 •Learners’ enrolment will be scheduled by area •Thermal scanner, foot bath, hand washing and disinfecting area will be available at the school’s entrance •Social/Physical distancing must be strictly observed
  • 22. The decision for this learning modality was based on the school, teachers and students’ locality where there’s no confirmed positive cases of COVID 19, and limited and unreliable internet connection. The 3 in-school days will give the teachers time to have face-to-face interaction, transfer of learning, giving of instruction and assessment of learners’ learning. The 2 off-school days will give the learners time for independent learning through home study activities, and also to lessen their exposure. 3-DAY CLASS/WEEK
  • 23. Teachers and learners’ travel safety • Teachers and learners of EJMNHS are coming from nearby barangays/municipalities/ Sitios/ Puroks with no confirmed positive cases of COVID19. • Motor vehicle services going to EJMNHS are limited to 3 maximum passengers only. • Barangay vehicle services are provided.   • 24. Non- compliance of home study outputs • Teachers are required to check and record learner’s home study outputs at the 1st hour of every subject. • Parents’ cooperation is highly regarded. RISK INTERVENTIONS
  • 25. Reproduction Cost of Modules/ Worksheets/ Activity Sheets • Printing equipment and supplies are provided per grade level and department. • ICT laboratory is available for teachers’ use and online access. RISK INTERVENTIONS

Absenteeism / Skipping of Classes • 3 consecutive in-school days (MTW & ThFS) will be implemented to prevent learner’s absenteeism • Strict monitoring of learner’s attendance by class adviser and subject teachers. • Barangay Pulis/Tanod monitor and report students who loiter outside the school campus during class hours. • Parents-Teachers collaboration is highly encouraged.   • 28. Learners’ safety and needs during lunch break and after school hours • “No Lunch-Out Policy” will be implemented to refrain the students from going out the school campus during lunch time. • Students are required to bring their own meals and will not be allowed to buy foods from outside to minimize social exposure and disease acquisition. • The school will tap the barangay council to implement curfew hours for the leaners to prevent them from wandering after school.
