PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am currently qualified as a professional make up artist and I am now looking for a
job in the make up industry either on a beauty counter or in a salon to gain experience
and meet different people and to hopefully use my knowledge and experience in retail
to give the best customer experience.
WORKEXPERIENCE
VIP Hostess, Mayhem Nightclub
Dates of employment: 28th November 2013 – 21st December 2013
As a VIP Hostess I had to make sure that the clients had all their drink orders,
to make sure they where having a good night and also making sure that the
area was clean.
Communication Skills because I had to ask customers what their drink
orders where to take the correct money and make sure that they where well
looked after.
How to deal with difficult and rude customers I had to make sure that I
was calm and polite and made sure the problem was dealt with correctly.
Organization Skills. Making sure that the area was clean and presentable.
Team Work help my other colleagues encase they where struggling with a
customer or if they needed help moving any items.
Sales Associate, Forever 21 Lakeside Shopping Centre Dates of
Employment: August 2014 – September 2014
As a Sales Associate I had to make sure that the customer is always put first
and that their needs are always met. I also had to make sure that my working
environment was always tidy and welcoming so that customers where coming
into a safe and friendly environment. I also always made sure that I was polite
and helpful and to make sure that I am meeting targets.
Communication Skills because I had to communicate with customers asking
them if they would like a basket or asking them if they would like any
extra help in what they are looking for.
Organization Skills: because I had to make sure that the shop floor was tidy
and making sure that clothes are neatly folded and making sure that any
rubbish is put in the bin.
Team Work: because if I was on a shift that was up until closing time me and
my other colleagues would work as a team to make sure each floor is tidy and
