• Scot Gov and SFC appear to regard Declaration as a
worthwhile initiative, but reticent about providing
funding or support.
• Harmonising Declaration with current policy.
• Evidencing the Declaration.
• Evidence of impact.
• Engaging Universities Scotland.
• Engaging schools, colleges and third sector.
