1. Proposal to Reduce Complaints from Patients

2. Overview of Situation
 Baycare has developed a problem where patients and
family members are complaining that there are not
enough hospital beds in the facility.
 Sick patients want their own room and privacy
especially after surgery.

3. Opportunity/Solution
 Areas that need to be looked into in order for this
situation to resolve is going to Human Resource.
 HR is responsible for all departments including the
number of rooms in the facility.

4. Audience Analysis
 This proposal will be presented to Baycare facility and
the employees
 Audience needs and concerns include stress on the job
from complaining sick patients and family members.
 Baycare employees should be able to work in a stress
free environment.
 Employees might question this issue, since providing
more beds will be costly and reduce the hospital’s
revenues

5. Possible key stakeholders.
 This proposal will affect the patients but in a positive
way.
 This is designed to help patients and their family
members feel more comfortable in our environment
 This will create a better reputation for our company
which in turn will bring positive feedback from
patients.
