I have held various program / project manager positions in my tenure with Intel Corporation. In that capacity, I’ve been
responsible for managing high level, visible, global programs with a scope that has a company-wide impact, necessitating strong
partnerships with operations and business groups. With any global effort, solid requirements management, clear
communication, exceptional resource and budget management, and meeting/exceeding quality expectations are paramount to
success. I have also championed several ‘standards’ efforts that remain in place to this day. Below is a snapshot of what I’ve
accomplished:
Program/Project Manager – HR Enterprise Services
• Technical Program Manager – LDO Development, Implementation
Managing both the business and technical development teams to build and deploy a new Last Day Office (LDO) tool,
necessary to exit employees. Involves 8 different modules supporting Legal, Telecom, Engineering Computing, and
Security.
• Project Manager – Taleo Upgrades
Used Agile project management approach while co-leading a 15-person team focused on delivering 4 technical upgrades
and 3 enhancement upgrades to our hiring tool, Taleo, within 9 months in 2015. Exceeded user expectations, implementing
system solutions solving >60% of the high priority problems.
• Owner, Creator – Standards and Talent Measures
Developed and established a set of uniform organizational performance standards within the context of HR processes,
structures, and capabilities. Engaged with senior HR management to drive changes to existing measures of performance to
align with new business environment. Work cited as a best method for its ease of use, relevance, and visual appeal.
• Project Manager – Integration & Onboarding
Led 12-person cross-functional team to pilot an initiative to improve candidate’s initial ‘first day’ experience with Intel.
Two U.S. pilots were completed, with one being approved for global deployment.
• Technical Program Manager – Asia Automated Background Investigation
Led 18-person, cross-geographical/cross-functional team, (plus 2 external vendors) to success with the delivery of
automated functionality in China, India, Vietnam ahead of schedule and attaining exceptional results: <1 day to initiate a
background investigation (v. 10 days before), with >96% of all hires having it complete before start date (v. 60% before).
Manager, Program Manager – Staffing
• Manager, Strategic Channels/Marketing –
Responsible for the creation and strategic management of Intel’s college hire channel framework and its optimization
resulting in identification of highly effective recruiting channels (i.e., job boards, campus, internet) and delivery of the first
strategies.
• Program Manager, Rotational Engineers Program (REP) – owned and subsequently drove the redesign and restructure of
this corporate program, aligning to business needs.
• Program Manager, Employee Referral Program (ERP) – owned and drove redesign and restructure of this corporate
program, aligning to fair hiring practices.
• Business Operations Manager, College –
Responsible for operations of the college organization – planning processes, annual budgets, headcount, committed
deliverables.
Managed 6-8 senior employees, focused on organization’s global operations:
Established automated resume upload from campus. Impact: improved speed and accuracy of data by > 90%.
Drove creation and adoption of career ladders, identifying key skills and training necessary for employees to move to
the next growth position. Impact: our employee base was less targeted for lay-offs.

2. Co-founder of the talent forecasting methodology, leading to our current workforce planning process. Impact: headcount
forecasts available by talent type (College, Experienced, MBA, PhD, etc), driving targeted recruiting activities.
• Global College Program Manager –
Global College Team founder/leader, setting global standards, priorities, and global strategic direction for Intel’s college
recruiting efforts. Drove increases in data usability/accuracy by 75%, enabling our ability to normalize relevant data
elements, and deliver a global college ‘data picture’ for use by management to set strategies.
Business Operations Manager – Supply Chain & Engineering Services
• Business Operations Manager/Technical Assistant –
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the newly-formed SCTE Department, including creation and management of
the organization’s business indicators, goals, milestones, deliverables, defining and gaining senior management’s
ratification of its first plan of record and budget.
Technical assistant to the Group Vice President, responsible for analyses as required to direct the business, including a
critical headcount analysis to determine how to support product transportation into and out of China and Russia.
• Freight Payment/Controls Manager –
Responsible for leading and managing the re-engineering of Intel’s Freight Payment/Controls Program involving freight
payment processes, data management, payment control mechanisms, and the tools used to support Intel’s $450M in freight
spending:
Process improvements resulted in an annual cost avoidance of $30M.
Data quality improvements resulted in a 2H’05 cost avoidance of $5.57M.
• e-Workforce Program Manager –
Responsible for business requirements and final deployment of enterprise productivity capabilities into the group-level
environment of ~3200 employees, including adoption and use of new tools, transition activities, and EOL tool strategies.
