tArgus (V7.0.3): Implementation of drug based adverse event reporting to Regulatory Authorities in
global. Based on clinical trial adverse event report creation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Worked in Custom Reports Team
 I was involved in system testing of an Argus Application used to track the adverse & non adverse
event. Testing was based on Manual Testing.
 Worked in Requirement gathering and analysis, Design review, Case creation and maintenance

ARGUS SAFETY (V7.0.5): AWARE is used to identify our Operational phase (post Hypercare) and it
used to identify case processing/release management and various SOWS that we have in place with BMS
such as E2B, Network Connectivity, annual service agreements, enhancement work, and different data
extract projects to name a few.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 System administration and first level issue management.
 Provide first line assistance to end users of our Global Lifecycle Safety Platform ensuring
accurate logging and tracking of requests. Understanding high level scope, Requirement
analysis, analyzing the system & business process.
 Manage the incident and problem management process for assigned issues, communicate with
customers, service providers and system managers.
 Produce system specific reports with corrective actions if applicable, that are subsequently
reviewed with the relevant customers and make recommendations for improvements.
 Ensure that incident management key performance indicators, e.g. resolution time, in the
service level agreements with line of business are fulfilled Working on the issues and providing
the necessary evidence to the technical team to further resolve the issue.
