is a very experienced HR leader. Maria has held HR director roles at Nivea Polska and
both Kronospan and Harper Hygienics on an interim basis. Maria was latterly Director
of Talent management and Organizational Development at Kompania Piwowarska
(SABMiller-Poland).

How does it work?
CultureFitQ consists of 30 pairs of statements that ask a candidate to reveal their
‘desired’ culture and 12-15 personal declarations that show whether their ‘displayed’
behaviours are consistent or inconsistent with this. The answers provide recruiters
with critical areas to probe during the interview process

How does it work?
StrategyQ consists of 30 pre-defined pairs of statements plus 5 that can be flexibly
defined by yourselves. Respondents move active sliders towards the statement in
each pair they most agree with. After completion you can view the output data across
6 cultural dimensions and identify the tensions between what leaders ‘experience’ and
what they ‘require’ to execute strategy. You can see this by function, level, generation
or any criteria you determine.

Ace of Diamonds consists of two set of cards, one focused on leadership behaviours,
the other on organisational practices. Each set has a number of themes defined by

TASCI.D is essentially a board game. Process are built and agreed step by step before
critical accountabilities and tasks are defined and agreed. Strong debates emerge as
individual and team roles are defined, begging the question as to whether resources are
available to support the execution. TASCI.D will usually follow a rigorous SPEKs strategic
planning process whereby priorities have been determined and now need processes to
support their execution.
