Never settle. Know that everything can undergo improvements and don't be scared to make those
changes no matter how drastic they may seem. Designing is a gift. Not for yourself, but to share with
others. Be strong in yourself and your beliefs, but base it in strong roots of research and empathy
Take every opinion into consideration in order to problem-solve to create the best possible solution.

“I don’t want to play victim to
my cancer, I want to beat it. I

BEAUTY SALON RESOURCE CENTER
“I spin panels of plants that
reveal beautiful artwork on the
other side. This interactive wall
showcases work from guests
whom have visited this treat-
ment center. Right behind it I
stand in awe witnessing the art
being created while the fresh air
from the outdoor healing

SPIRITUAL HEALING CONSULTATION
“At the Treatment Spa I feel so
comfortable in this plush robe.
Everyone here is just relaxing in
their heating massage chair.
After the complimentary pre-
treatment massage, I walk
down the hall to my radiation
treatment. It uplifts my spirits
with real life survival stories. For
the few minutes I’m in that awful
machine I will focus my thoughts
on what my survival story could
be like.”

“A nurse showed me to my

suggested I stay my visit in a
semi-private studio.”

“I’ve survived another treatment
so I grab my favorite snacks from
the complimentary snack bar
from the Living Room. I always
feel like it’s my goody bag after
another successful treatment.
This place is bustling with
doctors, patients and their
