While implementing and teaching Kanban I’ve heard a lot of myths about this method. Kanban means chaos, in Kanban you do not plan, in Kanban you never know a delivery date… and many more. Because of lack of deep understanding of this method it’s hard to see more tangible benefits. During this talk I’d like to inspire participants to take a closer look and focus on smaller and more evolutionary steps in order to build continuous improvement culture on team/department and organization level. I will show how powerful and deep Kanban Method can become while understood correctly.
