This document discusses moving organizations "Beyond Agile" by adopting a new operating system. It argues that while Agile helped with processes and tools, organizations need to focus more on individuals, interactions, and purpose. A new model called "Teal" is proposed that is holistic, self-managed, and purpose-driven. Various alternative frameworks are presented that could help reinvent organizations by focusing on values, continuous change, and empowering teams. The goal is to help organizations evolve to do their best work.
