Skills and Achievements
Communication:
Able to communicate detailed instructions to other employees at all levels and can present
new ideas to senior members of staff at meetings. These skills have been further developed
in high pressure and extreme environments which obviously require clear and concise
communication.
Can easily converse with other departments and customers on the phone and via email. For
example, would be required to provide equipment to customers at short notice from other
departments at different locations. This would involve phone calls to confirm stock of said
equipment and emails to adhere to company policy.
Leadership:
Responsible for two other members of staff in regards to accounting for numerous item of
equipment, including specialist equipment and weapon systems.
Managed a small team of personnel in the field and successfully oversaw the changing of
specialist equipment for over 500 employees.
Implemented new procedures for accounting purposes which have since been adopted by
other departments across the company.
Teamwork:
Successfully integrated into new departments on various different occasions forming strong
working connections and becoming a trusted member of staff.
Would help plan and conduct functions for the company both internal and external.
Can easily join an unfamiliar team of people for short term projects that involve the transition
of specialist equipment in a training environment.
Dedication:
Was able to meet evolving deadlines on a regular basis. This would usually involve working at
home and outside normal working hours to ensure these deadlines were met.
Would often use my own means of transport to ensure equipment was in the right place at the
right time.

time to help them maximise their potential.
IT Literacy:
Completed the European Computer Driving Licence and regularly use Microsoft Word and
Outlook
Proficient in various different military databases and computer networks to a level where I
have been trusted to train new members of staff.
