$20M in ground assets and redistribution of $8M in antenna parts.

• Directly supervised, trained, and mentored 62 personnel during three deployments to the Arabian Gulf
• Coordinated 1000+ hours of Key Leadership Engagements, community relations, and high level training
events for multi-national global staff in allied government agencies.
• Sexual Assault Prevention Response (SAPR) Program Manager- Conducted sexual assault training for
1,200 personnel. Lead counsel for 5 sexual assault cases and aided victims with medical, legal, and law
enforcement resources. Volunteered 300+ off-hours to assist Hawaii region victims.
• Organized and administered two Safety Stand downs for 250+ personnel, reinforcing Navy safety
policies and ensuring commands awareness and readiness.
• Maintained qualification data base comprising 18K qualifications for 250+ personnel. Advised

financial planning assistance to over 387 Sailors.

colleges by amassing 1400 hours of college courses while deployed to Arabian Gulf.
• RESULT: Led division to achieve up to 95% advancement rate, 90% retention and receive
unprecedented top marks in certification exercises.
U.S. NAVY- RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND, GREAT LAKES IL 11/2000-1/2004

• Provided basic military training and 24-hour oversight for 9 divisions totaling 1008 recruits. Delivered
intensive course instruction across classroom and laboratory environments.
• Managed Master Training Specialist Program by training and qualifying 20+ Instructors on: curriculum
development, instructional techniques, and lesson plan implementation.
• Managed commissioning of a new, $35M recruit barracks. Implemented Standard Operation
Procedures and ensured the facility was well equipped to support more than 1500 recruits.
• Keyperson for 2004 Combined Federal Campaign. Personally solicited and collected over $200K in
contributions which aided $1.5M total contribution for the state of Illinois.
