• Be generous with praise
• Never criticize or correct
• Make everyone a leader
• Make your ideas theirs

Demotivation: (Failure)
• Lack of Interest in and enthusiasm about work
• Effects:
• Lack of progress
• No confidence in company leadership
• Lack of recourse for poor performance
• Poor communication
• Unpleasant coworkers
• Boredom

• Value delivery is the manner in which you design your products such
that it gives maximum value to the customer using it

Set Goals: (Success)
• goal must be clear and well defined

• Goals Only In Pursuit of Material Wealth
• Lack of Intellectually Challenging Goals
• No Clarity On Definition of Success-Failure

• Treating Goal Setting As A Magic Wand
