1.0 Introduction; (Akhter Hussain Roll no.15631)
Government college university Faisalabad is one of the leading and learning institution
of the Pakistan.It has gain a dominant and prominent position among all the leading
Universities of Pakistan and achieve 7th Position in the HEC ranking in a short time span.
 The University with its dynamic faculty and fresh syllabi has become a catalyst of
intellectual, social and industrial change. It caters to the diverse needs of society by
imparting education in almost all the major fields of learning.
 The university not only give education to students but also make social and lead them to
their cultural. So number of activities can conduct by university to give platform.
 The department of BBA Business Administration is one of the best part of the university
and the students of this department are please to conduct a cultural festival in the
university.
 The cultural festival is an important event that accommodate the students about their own
culture and others cultures as well.
The department wish you to responder this vital and essential festival. It would be an
exceptional occasion to advertise your well known products.
2.0 plot: (Shakeel Dost Roll # 15645)
 In order to further develop a comprehensive integrated cultural offer and increase
the profile of the Government College University Faisalabad as a visitor
destination and to promote the cultural of Pakistan festival of arts is planned for
Wednesday 20 April 2016.to Thursday 21 April 2016.
 .that will support tourism, cultural heritage, and the arts in a bold and innovative
way.

3.  In order to encourage communities without an existing cultural calendar to
instigate their own arts events we will be offering support to local volunteers to
help ensure as many parishes as possible take part
 The program has been design to appeal to widest audience include opera
performances classical music, brass band, art exhibitions and dress codes
 A range of services will be available from All Pakistan, including specialist
advice from the Cultural Development Team, a downloadable toolkit on event
management, professional marketing of the entire Festival program and possibly
small grants for communities from the Neighborhood Forums to help them with
the costs of producing and promoting local events. These measures will help to
ensure participation, local ownership and a future legacy.
 The chief guest of the cultural festival is Dr,Muhammad Ali Vice Chancellor
Government College University Faisalabad.
 Cultural festival will be beneficial for all the students of different areas in all over
Pakistan in case of they can get knowledge about the different cultural of Pakistan
like Sindhi, Balauchi, Punjabi through this activity

 The provisional dates are for two days cultural festival Wednesday April 20,to
Thursday 21 April, 2016.

 Festival structure some of the options includes
 Incorporated association and corporate association.
 Liabilities issues the festival organizer may be liable if someone is injured during
festival risk management plan should be develop and festival organizer should seriously
considered whether are not the need to obtain insurance.
 Budget issues, budget less than expenses. This is a serious issue to promote the culture
festival . our total budget three lac fifty thousand and our expense four lac. Due to this
reason difficult to maintain festival.

4.  Security issues We are want heavy security for this festivale that are not available
because of some reason.
3.0 Finances: (Umaiz Saleem Roll no:15623)
In order to conduct the festival we will take funds from university as well as from
external sponsors. Our expenses are mainly on different type of entertainment
activities for the students who will come in the festival. We will invite two singers
for the entertainment of the students. The expenses of inviting the singers as well
as the expenses on stage and other musical instruments and chairs for the
audience are also include. The expenses on the stalls of different items on the
festival to attract the students are also include in our expenses. Different type of
expenses for the promotion of event such as fluxes are also include our expense
list. We also generate funds by selling the tickets of the festival. These funds will
help us in meeting our expenses. Our sponsors include Pepsi cola and Q mobile
that will give us funds for meeting the expenses of different activities in the
festival. We will meet minor expenses by the help of university management

The cultural festival is going to be held at Go University Faisalabad new campus on
Tuesday May 16, 2016.
• The event will start on sharp 9'O Clock and will end on 7 pm.
• The event will start with the great name of Allah Almighty and recitation of Holy Quran
by Hafiz Midair.
• The students belong to different cultures will perform their cultural songs, dress, food and
dance.(9:30 am to 2:00 pm)
• After this performance the event will be put on break for about 1 hour.

5. • The Program will resume on 3'O clock with the great performance of Jawed Ahmad,
Sheehan Roy and Sara Raza. This beautiful performances will end on 5 'O clock
Respected Vice Chancellor Dr.Muhammad Ali will address the audience and program will end
with this inspiritational apeech
