Key duties include:
* Delivering excellent customer service to all guests, in line with company vision.
* Communicating with all guests that; call, visit the office or email, in regards to their flight requirements.
* Building rapport with customers to ensure repeat business, to match their flight needs and offer advice.
* Assessing the market, monitoring sales and researching competitors to find room for company improvement
and meet targets.

I am a very active person, I spend my free time running, swimming and walking, I love the water and am a qualified
Nitrox Diver. I hold a great passion for travelling, having lived, travelled and worked all over the world. A huge animal
lover, during one of my many visits to India I volunteered for International Animal Rescue for 6 months, which was
extremely rewarding. I currently have a rescue dog that I brought back from Egypt.
