INTRODUCTION
• Students have had hundreds of teachers in their lifetime.
• Teachers on a patterns implicit in their teaching.
• Learning is a change in the way an individual thinks, act
and feels.
• Learning takes place through experience involving
people, Things and events and the raponse these.
THE ROLE OF TEACHER
• Teachers play vital roles in the
lives of the students in their
classrooms. Teachers are best
known For the role of education
Beyond that, teachers gerve
many other roles in the
classroom.
DEVELOPED TEACHERS SKILLS,
TEACHING KNOWLEDGE LIKE…
1. Resources
• one of the top roles a teacher must
fill is that of a resources specialists.
There will be many people who will
come to the teacher Seeking
information. Even it the person is
only seeking information.
2. Support
• students are the ones who need
support when learning a new skill or
piece of information. A teacher must
act the support person when the
student needs this help. Support can
come in many forms such as a coach
leader and even a counselor.
•Mentor
• One of the biggest roles a teacher
may have that of a mentor, students
look up to teacher and may pattern
their own behavior and work can
ethic to match the instructor.
•Helping hand
• A leader in a school is a person who
takes on extra tasks such as leading
the PTA meeting and even helping
set up a gum for a big event. Teacher
who are active in the school will often
have more jobs than just the one they
were hired to perform.
ROLE OF LEARNERS
• Participate in classroom
• Discussions
• Act receptive manner
• The modern learner centric learning situations.
• The learner takes up the prime role and actively engages in the
learning process.
CHARACTERISTICS OF TEACHERS
AND LEARNERS
Teachers
• Teacher As A Learner.
• Teacher As A Facilitator.
• Teacher As A Assesor.
• Teacher As A manager .
• Teacher As A Evaluation.
Learners
• Learning involves chance.
• Learning involves action.
• Learning requires interaction.
• Constitute learnings.
• Learning is lifelong process.
CONCLUSION
A role of teacher must fill is that of a learner.
Anyone who has been involved in a profession long
enough knows that there is a always something new to
learns. A teacher is a person who will have to fill many
roles. They are people with educational leadership skills
and they must continue to grow and devlop as
professionals.

  • 4. DEVELOPED TEACHERS SKILLS, TEACHING KNOWLEDGE LIKE… 1. Resources • one of the top roles a teacher must fill is that of a resources specialists. There will be many people who will come to the teacher Seeking information. Even it the person is only seeking information.
  • 5. 2. Support • students are the ones who need support when learning a new skill or piece of information. A teacher must act the support person when the student needs this help. Support can come in many forms such as a coach leader and even a counselor.
