ANNOTATION: Aligned from the exemplar that I have designed, I developed video
lessons that will the understanding of the students. I also make sure that every
parts from the exemplar is observable in the video lessons. As for the students who
can’t be able to access the video on time, I uploaded it to my YouTube Channel and
even share it in our Group Chat for easy access.

opportunities on how to deal with the New Normal Classroom. It set a benchmark of
setting goal on making and efficient transfer of knowledge through the challenge of
the pandemic.

With the advent of COVID 19 pandemic education must continue,
in my perspective this LDM Course might give me a new understanding on
how to utilize and apply the different Learning Modalities that is
implemented in our respective school. Moreover, this may provide me ideas
on how to deal with the learners’ needs (in the new normal classroom)
despite from this pandemic.
It will also help me deliver quality instruction through thorough
giving feedback and monitoring in the teaching -learning process in this new
normal.
However, the development of LDM2 was not clearly presented to
the teacher. I been through self studying on how to accumulate with this
LDM. So far, I was able to accomplish it together with my group. I am hoping
that somehow if there will be Course like this it should be given to the
teachers in a right time and with a proper orientation and training.

ANNOTATION: Monitoring of students is done through Text Messaging, Facebook,
Messenger and etc. Sometimes, I do home visitation to students who lag in the submission
of the modules and other task. The use of the media is quite convenient however the needs
extra effort especially if the student is not online or unreachable.

I also make sure that every parts from the exemplar is observable in the video lessons. As for the students who can’t be able to access the video on time, I uploaded it to my YouTube Channel and even share it in our Group Chat for easy access.

I made revisions and double checks alignment of the lesson exemplar and the video lessons.

ANNOTATION: In attending different trainings/webinars, and conducting SLAC/LAC is like adding and honing new skills and strategies in teaching for The New Normal Classroom.

ANNOTATION: Each trainings/ webinars I have participated provides new opportunities on how to deal with the New Normal Classroom. It set a benchmark of setting goal on making and efficient transfer of knowledge through the challenge of the pandemic.

Name of Artifact Reflective Summary PPST Strand 7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve practice With the advent of COVID 19 pandemic education must continue, in my perspective this LDM Course might give me a new understanding on how to utilize and apply the different Learning Modalities that is implemented in our respective school. Moreover, this may provide me ideas on how to deal with the learners’ needs (in the new normal classroom) despite from this pandemic. It will also help me deliver quality instruction through thorough giving feedback and monitoring in the teaching -learning process in this new normal. However, the development of LDM2 was not clearly presented to the teacher. I been through self studying on how to accumulate with this LDM. So far, I was able to accomplish it together with my group. I am hoping that somehow if there will be Course like this it should be given to the teachers in a right time and with a proper orientation and training.

Name of Artifact MOVs on engaging learners for their progress and achievement PPST Strand 5.2 Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and achievement 5.3 Feedback to Improve Learning You may include photo-documentation of 1. conversations through chat/text/video conference about class requirements 2. notes or messages as feedback to their submitted outputs (activity sheets, SLMs, portfolio, etc.) 3. kumustahan/consultation sessions with learners Blur names and photos of students, parents/guardians to protect their privacy. ANNOTATION: Monitoring of students is done through Text Messaging, Facebook, Messenger and etc. Sometimes, I do home visitation to students who lag in the submission of the modules and other task. The use of the media is quite convenient however the needs extra effort especially if the student is not online or unreachable.

LDM-related LAC chats (text, messenger, viber, etc) 3. faculty meetings 4. in-service trainings ANNOTATION: Because of The New Normal, professional links are done through following Safety Health Protocol or Zoom/ Google Meeting. Though with his situation, our team were still able to address professional coaching and development.

ANNOTATION: I always make sure to inform of the performance of their students through messenger chats, phone calls or text messages.
