1. How to Bake a Chocolate
Muffin

2. Ingredients
190 to 250g of all purpose flour 240 ml of milk
200g of sugar 230g of melted butter
43g of unsweetened cocoa powder 84g of chocolate chips
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 large eggs lightly beaten
3. Steps
1.Preheat oven to 375°F . Grease or line with paper cup-cake liners, a 12 cup
muffin pan.
2.Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Whisk
to blend.
3.Add the eggs, milk, and butter. Stir until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon into the prepared pan.
4.Bake until puffed and a toothpick inserted in center comes clean; this should
take about 18 to 20 minutes.
5.Invert and cool completely.
