2.  MARKET ANALYSIS:
The BSE Sensex made a strong opening but could not sustain its momentum and slipped into red at close dragged
down by losses in Bajaj Auto, Tata Consultancy Services and BHEL. The 30-share BSE index ended at 17,086.39,
down 16.92 points or 0.10 percent. It touched a high of 17,236.08 and a low of 17,074.63 today.
The 50-share NSE Nifty closed at 5,188.45, down 8.80 points or 0.17 percent. It touched a high of 5,236.70 and a
low of 5,181.70 today. The BSE Midcap Index was 0.89 percent lower and the BSE Small cap Index fell 0.90 percent.
Among sectoral indices, the BSE Realty Index was down 1.47 percent, the BSE Auto Index slipped 1.41 percent,
the BSE Power Index was 1.34 percent lower and the BSE Capital Goods Index declined 0.88 percent. The BSE
FMCG Index moved up 1 percent and the BSE Healthcare Index was up 0.83 percent.
