POSITION: To Make A Difference In Your Company
Dear Hiring Committee,
I have over twenty five years of experience working in various environments as an educator, coach and
facilitator. Currently I am completing certifications in CHRP and CTDP. These will serve an ideal
purpose, alongside with my Masters in Education and a Masters of Business Administration degree and
many experiences that will support the mission, vision and values identified in any company/business.
My most recent experience as a Vice Principal in global and civic engagement involved me researching
and identifying strategies to guide, motivate and coach various teams and individuals to ensure that the
programs were accurate, efficient and complied with policies, procedures and standards, as well as best
working practices. I was in direct contact with the diverse departments within the school community
and developed relationships and proposed and integrated global experiences on and off campus for
adults and students. This enabled me to develop partnerships and collaborate with cross cultural
curriculum and business development and professional growth, while continually connecting with all
the stakeholders; especially during the development of the key performance indicators and the core
competencies to ensure brand consistency while continuing to address successes and challenges.
My strong skills in relationship building and collaboration enable me to work effectively with all
stakeholders and will prove to be an asset. I am extremely motivated to provide sustainable leadership
and have an empathetic approach towards group dynamics. Excellent communication skills assist me
with this process along with my ability to match learning techniques to corporate strategy. This has
enabled me to work in fast-paced environments, supporting various groups. As a life-long learner, my
multi-facet background would also benefit at your company as I would be able to report effectively and
efficiently to all stakeholders, as well as provide updates in standards and guidelines.
I believe my educational background and my work related duties of leading, coaching, mentoring and
developing Project Managers/Directors qualifies me for consideration. You would be gaining someone
who has a strong work ethic and commitment for excellence, with proven transferrable skills. Please
contact me to schedule an interview.
Sincerely,
Eleni Gicas
