24. REPORT ON A VISIT TO A NGO
The first time I visited a ngo which was for blind

owner of this ngo is MRS.SHAKUNTLA SHARMA and
founder of this ngo is MR. LAKHPAT SHARMA. This
ngo only for males between 18 yrs. to 60 yrs.so all
the person which are stay here they are totally blind
and as a student our right hand and our eyes are the
most possession we have without which a normal
person like me can never imagine what we would
have done possibly. But after staying at this ngo for 2
hour .it changed my view. I understood how strong
and powerful is a person’s willpower. And man has
so much strength within himself. here I met a boy of
27 yrs. his name was chhitiz tripathi he stay here
from one to two month he gave a competitive exam
of IBPS in this month he was very intelligent .and I

26. CONTINUE…
And then I thought somewhere it is said that scarcity
brings out the best in a person. And that was quite
clear from the visit. The first time I realize that blind
people would be so happy and energetic. I thought
that world would be so dark without eyesight .but
eyesight cannot be greater than inner vision. and I
also got information about some other people of
this ngo that some of them got government job in
many fields in last year and this information was
given by MRS.SHAKUNTLA SHARMA the owner of
the ngo. And it was very good news for us.And it
was most memorable day for me I feel very lucky to
have experienced that. They inspired me a lot and
we understood since then that blind are not helpless
and piteous. They posses immense willpower and if
supported properly they can go far. And it was very
good visit for us.
