controls all the decisions and takes very little input from other
group members. Autocratic leaders make choices or decisions
based on their suggestion or advice.
• This type of leadership style is only effective in organisation where
, the nature of work requires quick decision- making .
• DEMOCRATIC
• Democratic leadership, also known as particulars
leadership or shared leadership, is a type of leadership
style in which members of the group take a more
participate role in the decision making process. This type
of leadership can apply to any organization, from private

• Everyone is given the opportunity to participate, ideas
are exchanged freely, and discussion is encouraged. W
• FREE REIN

• There true power lies in maintain a balance among
all three. This is known as leadership intelligence

into other people and then communicating
from their point of view thus ensuring

Internal Factor:- I strongly feel motivation is present in each and

can keep the supply motivation always renewed. However, when we
dissipate this power in useless trifles, we lose it . My internal
motivation factor is my intense desire to succeed in at least one field. I
really want to excel in something . This keeps me motivated.
External Factor:-I get immensely motivated when I read, hear,or see a
highly successful personality.Their struggle, charisma, and hard work
motivates me.

It is very important to apply the various motivational concepts to
the organizations so that organizational effectiveness can be

needs to be done TODAY.
• Make goals which are REALISTIC and BELIEVABLE.
• Make your goals VIVID STRIKING! BRIGHT! CLEAR!
• Make all your goals EXCITING CHALLENGES!
• All goals must be ADJUSTABLE to new information.
• Achieving goals includes allowing the goals to decide the
ACTIVITIES which will accomplish the goals.
• Goals must be NOW oriented.
Q:-What are the patterns of the communication? Give example for each?
The basic patterns of communication are:-
• WRITTEN and VERBAL:- The power of the written word far exceeds that of the spoken
word because of the perception of greater commitments to that which is in writing.
Successful personalities, both what they say and what they write.
• INTERNAL and EXTERNAL:- Internal communication is that which takes place within an
individual ( self – talk and thought), within a family and within an organization.External
communication is about communication with others like guests, friends, business
associates, customers and total strangers.
• FORMAL AND INFORMAL:- Careful thought and a degree of pre- planning is of extreme
significance in formal communication whereas, informal communication is more
spontaneous and requires little or no pre- planning . For example, when we
communicate with our seniors and guests, we tend to be formal and while speaking with
friends, we tend to be informal.
• UPWARD, DOWNWARD and HORIZONTAL:- Communication with seniors is called
upward communication, while communicating with juniors is called downward
communication . When people at the same level are communicating, they are
communicating in a horizontal pattern.

REPORT ON A VISIT TO A NGO
The first time I visited a ngo which was for blind
person with my friend NEHA on 0ct 24 2019. the
owner of this ngo is MRS.SHAKUNTLA SHARMA and
founder of this ngo is MR. LAKHPAT SHARMA. This
ngo only for males between 18 yrs. to 60 yrs.so all
the person which are stay here they are totally blind
and as a student our right hand and our eyes are the
most possession we have without which a normal
person like me can never imagine what we would
have done possibly. But after staying at this ngo for 2
hour .it changed my view. I understood how strong
and powerful is a person’s willpower. And man has
so much strength within himself. here I met a boy of
27 yrs. his name was chhitiz tripathi he stay here
from one to two month he gave a competitive exam
of IBPS in this month he was very intelligent .and I
also met some other person they also has many
qualities like one of them was good singer and one
of them was playing a piano very nicely.it was very
unbelievable for me i was shocked.
MRS. SHAKUNTLA SHARMA
(OWNER)
Chitiz(27yrs.),Karamveer(35yrs.),Jitender(25yrs.)
with Shakuntla mam(owner of ngo)
NETRAHEEN KALYANKARI
SANSTA(REGD.)
CONTINUE…
CONTINUE…
And then I thought somewhere it is said that scarcity
brings out the best in a person. And that was quite
clear from the visit. The first time I realize that blind
people would be so happy and energetic. I thought
that world would be so dark without eyesight .but
eyesight cannot be greater than inner vision. and I
also got information about some other people of
this ngo that some of them got government job in
many fields in last year and this information was
given by MRS.SHAKUNTLA SHARMA the owner of
the ngo. And it was very good news for us.And it
was most memorable day for me I feel very lucky to
have experienced that. They inspired me a lot and
we understood since then that blind are not helpless
and piteous. They posses immense willpower and if
supported properly they can go far. And it was very
good visit for us.
