Young blind without perspective living in a needy community and favelas.

After these people are selected, the employer select one non-blind person from the
community to work with the blind person.

The two chosen go through a hard and a intense training plan. In the training class they will learn:
english ans Spanish languages, acting tecniques like oratory, expression and humour, Brazilian
geography, culture and history, harmonization for food and drinks and other trainings that explores this
sensitivity. More than that, they'll know the city with a new look to their own experiences as a basis
plows the tour.

experience of the blind.
