committed and avoid
responsibility
• Communication is low, only
a few contribute

Group gains momentum
and starts to move
forward
Direction is clearer
Group starts working
better together and
communicates well
5. Adjourning

• Members review what they have achieved
• The group looks to the future
• The group ends or starts a new phase
