Wash your hands
Take a 1½ litre jug of water
and place slices an orange, lemon, lime or
cucumber or a small bunch of mint leaves or
berries and place in the water to infuse.
Or
Take a glass or tumbler at home. Place slices
an orange, lemon, lime, cucumber or a small
bunch of mint leaves or berries and place in
the water to infuse.
Why not try this a few different ones and
find out which is your favourite.
