Undergraduate researcher (2014 – 2016) – I performed in depth research on E.Coli
for two years in Arizona State University, Tempe. I have completed my current
project and I am currently working on another project with a freshman student until I
graduate in December 2016. My project on E.Coli was based on characterizing the
efflux pump and investigating the roles of different mutations in the tri-partite efflux
system and to better understand the efflux of substrates as well as its resistance to
different antibiotics.
