• Don’t under estimate the time for implementation
• Effective ‘Change Management’ approach needed
• Plenty of training – 1 to 1 for Drivers & Supervisors
• Effective training for Customer Service Agents
• Ensure issues being reported are acted upon, this
builds confidence in the users.

Taking part in the Kerbside recycling service is a good way to get your children to recycle. If your children grow up around you recycling they are much more likely to recycle themselves, them pass the behavior to their kids, and so on and so on.
A lot of people have actually started recycling due to the “Pester Power” of their children as they hear about it everywhere on TV, on the Internet, in School, and are much more aware of Environmental responsibility than their parents generation.
