•Partnered with Rockaway Twp community for volunteer teachers
•Partnered with Dover Library staff member with ESL class experience

Mr. Manuel Manzanares (in the white baseball
cap) was the project’s first success story.
Manuel attended the computer classes and
English conversation meetings in the fall.
He was out of work, but was able to get a job
