Assignment Details: Project Management Services to Skill Development Program of Odisha Rural
Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS)

Development Program (ASDP) in Odisha is being implemented by the state government to cater to
the challenges of creating a large number of Skill development and livelihood opportunities for the
poor, increasing labour force and to increase the income levels of working poor in the State.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing high quality services to ORMAS through deployment of qualified
manpower.
Responsible for overall program management of skill development initiatives of ORMAS in the
state and enabling effective implementation of ASDP in each district / block level.
Technical Support Agency (TSA for ASDP) for solutions for planning, management, monitoring
and reporting, essentially as an effective project management unit.

and nutrition outcomes were for these women

women, the role of women’s help lines, and the linkages between violence and health/nutrition

respondent. The tools to cover all areas that can help answer the questions raised under each of

Involved in recruiting data collectors/moderators/facilitators experienced in qualitative data
collection and well-versed in the subject area, particularly those who are skilled in dealing with

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing key research questions on the indicators, developed research tools,
piloting of research tools and consultations at the field, data analysis of baseline findings, report
preparation.
Involved in the secondary analysis of the indicators like GER, dropout rate, transition rate, pass
rate that affect the enrolment of children while transiting from upper primary to secondary
education.
Involved in the final report preparation of the Odisha Girls Incentive Program and presenting the
same to the client.

Assignment Details: Technical Assessment of Rural Sanitation program in two Indian states of
Odisha & West Bengal and a National level program

Mai Main Project Features: The Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) of the World Bank is engaged in
advancing the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Gramin in 5 states of the country, Odisha, West Bengal,
Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. SBM-G has the objective of achieving ODF-free status
by providing toilets to all households in the country by 2019, provide toilets in all the Anganwadis,
and separate toilets for boys and girls in all the schools in the country by August 15, 2016, and
promote cleanliness in the all the villages through management of solid and liquid waste. WSP is
considering support to the SBM-G and in the course of making preparations for the project, it is
taking up a series of assessments, including Environmental assessment, Fiduciary assessment and
Technical Assessment (TA).

Involved in the holding consultation of Consultants with key stakeholders at the district, state
and block levels.

Involved in the IDI with the key stake holders to have a clear idea on the current status of Rural
Sanitation in the state of Odisha.

Information and Knowledge System) wherein my work was to help CIKS in helping them drive
away the importance of Organic methods of Farming by presenting them a brief review,
compiled out of 50 national and internationally acclaimed articles of agro-economists working
in the area of Organic Farming.
This project compared the benefits and limitations of Organic vis a vis Inorganic methods of
Farming. It also helped in showing the positive aspects of Organic methods of Cultivation and
its contribution to human life. It further discussed its viability in India in terms of yield,
consumption and exports.

Carry out a secondary research on the marketability and produce of organic farming in India.
To identify the areas that is best suited for the growth of organic farming.
Bring out the importance of Organic farming not only in terms of their nutritious value but also
in terms of trade and exports.

Main Project Features:
The project was undertaken to find out long term equilibrium relationship between the revenue
and expenditure in the state of Uttar Pradesh using the co-intergation approach. It was seen that
the state of Uttar Pradesh had a positive balance of trade only thrice in a span of two decades.
Key Responsibilities: My key role was to identify the any correlation between the revenue and
expenditure of Uttar Pradesh using statistical tool and secondary data collected from relevant sites.
