OVERVIEW

Thank you for using HeyeLighter!

• HeyeLighter is a professional software that helps analysis and
completion of spreadsheets and tables. It is also a powerful text reading
tool.

• HeyeLighter has original dynamic markers (aureodiscs) that make filling
out worksheets more enjoyable and more efficient.

• Use it in the office and at home.

HeyeLighter™

Horizontal markers Vertical markers

ICON MODE

The icon mode lets you activate HeyeLighter control panel at any time.
Simply click the left mouse button on the icon shown on the picture above.
When you click and hold the left mouse button on the gray area of the
icon you can move it on the screen to a better position. While dragging the
icon mode, the gray area becomes highlighted in red.

HOW TO USE

HeyeLighter is very easy to use. All commands can be accessed
directly from the main interface or by shortcuts.

HeyeLighter has a variety of screen markers including horizontal
markers, vertical markers, dynamic reading lines and marker pen. Let´s take
a look at these markers now.

AUREODISCS HORIZONTAL MARKERS

Useful for text reading and completing business spreadsheets,
documents and tables. Also useful to analyse real-time graphics and data in
business meetings, accounting and business planning.
• They are available in 6 basic colors: red, blue, green, yellow, light blue
and orange. We can choose many horizontal markers at the same time,
even with the same color.

• Each horizontal marker has 3 buttons to activate the specific functions,
as shown below:

• Click the left mouse button on the marker button shown to activate one
of the 3 functions (single line, spaced lines and heyelighter).

• We can insert horizontal markers using the buttons shown on the
picture below.

HeyeLighter™

• Move the marker horizontally across the screen. Just click and hold the
left mouse button ( "drag") on the central area of the circular marker.

• Cick the right mouse button on the central area of the marker to delete
it. If you need to delete all markers of the screen, use the eraser or the
shortcut key "backspace".

• We can insert horizontal markers in any position of the screen. Simply
move the mouse pointer to the desired region and use the shortcut keys
below with HeyeLighter as the active window.

AUREODISCS VERTICAL MARKERS

• They are extremely useful for analysis and completion of columns in
tables and spreadsheets.
• Each marker has 3 buttons for each function. See the figure below.

HeyeLighter™

• The vertical markers are available in 6 basic colors. We can use many
vertical markers at the same time, even with the same color.

• We can insert vertical markers using the buttons in the main interface of
the program. Click the left mouse button on the vertical marker in the
desired color.

• We can also insert vertical markers in any position of the screen. Simply
move the mouse pointer to the desired region and use the shortcut keys
below (HeyeLighter as the active window).

• Move the vertical marker on the screen, just click and hold the left
mouse button ( "drag") on the central area of the circular marker.

• Click the right mouse button on the central area of the marker to
delete it. If you need to delete all markers of the screen, use the eraser
or the shortcut key "backspace" (The reading lines will not be
deactivated with this function).

DYNAMIC READING LINES

• Para inserir uma linha dinâmica de leitura, utilize a interface principal do
HeyeLighter clicando sobre a linha da cor desejada.
• Para selecionar a cor, basta clicar sobre os botões de seleção de cor
da parte inferior do programa.

• First, select the line color. After selecting the desired color, click the left
mouse button to activate the line on the screen.
• Increase or decrease the line reading width simply using the buttons
shown on the picture above

MARKER PEN

Activate marker pen button
(red color)

• The marker pen allows the highlight of square/rectangular areas on the
screen. We can move the highlighter area on the screen in real time.
Thus, we can select columns and/or rows of tables, texts and
spreadsheets for analysis and business presentations.

• This marker can also be used in freehand mode to freely draw highlight
areas on screen.

• Activate the marker pen tool(rectangular shapes) clicking the left
mouse button on button with the marker pen icon (see picture above).
It can also be activated by the shortcuts "P" or “F12”.

• Activate the freehand mode clicking the right mouse button on the
marker pen button. It can also be activated using the shortcut “F12”.

• Deactivate the marker pen tool using the shortcut ”TAB” or by clicking
the right mouse button when the marker pen cursor is visible.

• The color of the marker pen can be selected by the adjacent color
buttons. The selected ink color will be visible on the marker pen button.

• Delete individual highlights done with the marker pen clicking the right
mouse button on the marked area.

EXAMPLE - SPREADSHEETS
• See the example below using the red horizontal marker.

• In the figure above, we see the red horizontal marker to highlight the
values of the first line. We can move the marker around the screen,
making it easier to fill the spreadsheet with greater concentration and
speed, and more precise data analysis.

• In the figure below, we see the spaced lines to facilitate the completion
and highlight of the desired line.

On the next figure, we can check the heyelight mode of the horizontal
marker. In this way, we can not click on the data. Therefore, in addition to
highlighting the line, this mode serves to protect the data, avoiding changes
while typing the following values.

• In the figure above, we see the use 2 HeyeLighter markers in different
colors. The orange vertical marker highlights column C of the
spreadsheet, allowing type values, as well as highlight the column for
analysis. The blue horizontal marker highlights line 3.

• In the figure below, we see the use of 2 markers of the same color in
different modes (single line and "heyelight"). We can also see a line
reading that follows the mouse movement.

• We can use many screen markers at the same time to facilitate your
work. See below:

Marker pen highlight (red color)

• In the figure above, we see the marker pen highlights and a blue
vertical marker. All the highlights made on the screen can be moved
freely and deleted individually, just click the right mouse button over the
marker to delete it.

EXAMPLE – READING

• HeyeLighter is also very useful for reading texts, increasing the
concentration. Use colored markers that can remain in the position of
the screen on which were placed or the dynamic reading line that
follows the mouse movement.
(The picture above shows the red horizontal marker to facilitate text reading. In this case, the
product manual Eyegreeable ™ by AureoSoft in portuguese).

Marcadores horizontais Marcadores verticais

MODO ÍCONE

Permite ativar o painel de controle do HeyeLighter a qualquer
momento. Para isso, basta clicar o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre a área
central do modo ícone.
Ao clicar e segurar o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre a área cinza do
modo ícone, podemos movê-lo na tela. Ao movermos o modo ícone, a área
cinza torna-se destacada em vermelho.

COMO USAR

O HeyeLighter é muito fácil de usar. Todos os comandos podem ser
acessados diretamente do painel de controle ou por meio de teclas de atalho.
O HeyeLighter possui marcadores horizontais, marcadores verticais,
linhas de leitura e caneta marcadora. Analisaremos a seguir estes
marcadores.

MARCADORES HORIZONTAIS AUREODISCS

Facilitam a leitura de textos e preenchimento de documentos, tabelas e
planilhas, além de serem úteis para demonstrações empresariais em
reuniões contábeis e de planejamento empresarial.
• Estão disponíveis nas 6 cores básicas: vermelho, azul, verde, amarelo,
azul claro e laranja. Podemos escolher inúmeros marcadores
horizontais ao mesmo tempo, inclusive da mesma cor.

• Cada marcador horizontal possui 3 botões para ativar as funções de
marcação, como mostra a figura a seguir.

• Clique o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre os botões indicados do
marcador para ativar a respectiva função (linha simples, linhas
espaçadas e "heyelight").

• Podemos inserir marcadores horizontais utilizando os botões de
seleção dos mesmos na interface principal do programa.

Clique o botão esquerdo do mouse
para ativar o marcador da respectiva cor.

• Para mover o marcador horizontal na tela, basta clicar e segurar o
botão esquerdo do mouse (“drag”) sobre a área central circular do
marcador.

• Para apagar o marcador, clique o botão direito do mouse sobre a área
central do marcador. Caso precise apagar todos os marcadores da tela,
utilize o apagador ou a tecla de atalho “BackSpace”.

• Podemos inserir marcadores horizontais em qualquer posição da tela.
Basta mover a ponteira do mouse até a região desejada e utilizar as
teclas de atalho abaixo, estando o HeyeLighter como janela ativa.

• São extremamente úteis para análise e preenchimento de colunas em
tabelas e planilhas.
• Cada marcador vertical possui 3 botões para cada uma de suas
funções. Veja na figura abaixo.

HeyeLighter. Podemos escolher inúmeros marcadores verticais ao
mesmo tempo, inclusive da mesma cor.

• Podemos inserir marcadores verticais utilizando os botões de seleção
na interface principal do programa. Clique o botão esquerdo do mouse
sobre o botão do marcador vertical na cor desejada.

a área central do marcador. Caso precise apagar todos os marcadores
da tela, utilize o apagador ou a tecla de atalho “BackSpace” (As linhas
de leitura não serão desativadas com esta tecla de atalho).

LINHAS PARA LEITURA

• Para inserir uma linha dinâmica de leitura, utilize a interface principal do
HeyeLighter clicando sobre a linha da cor desejada.
• Para selecionar a cor, basta clicar sobre os botões de seleção de cor
da parte inferior do programa.

• Primeiramente, selecione a cor da linha. Após selecionar a cor
desejada, clique o botão esquerdo do mouse para ativar a linha na tela.
• Para aumentar ou diminuir a linha de leitura basta utilizar os
respectivos botões para aumentar e diminuir a linha.

CANETA MARCADORA

Ativa caneta marcadora
(cor vermelha)

• A caneta marcadora permite a seleção de áreas na tela para destaque
em formatos quadrangulares/retangulares, podendo mover as áreas
de seleção na tela. Desta forma, podemos selecionar colunas e/ou
linhas inteiras de planilhas, textos e tabelas para análise e
apresentações.

• Podemos utilizar a caneta marcadora em modo desenho livre,
facilitando o desenho de áreas de destaque na tela.

• Para ativar a caneta marcadora utilize o botão destacado na figura
acima, clicando o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre o mesmo para
destacar áreas retangulares e clicando o botão direito do mouse
sobre o mesmo botão para o modo desenho livre. Veja abaixo:

– botão esquerdo do mouse sobre o botão da caneta marcadora ou
teclas de atalho “P” ou “F12” → ativa caneta marcadora com
formatos retangulares/quadrangulares.

– botão direito do mouse sobre o botão da caneta marcadora ou
tecla de atalho “F11” → ativa caneta marcadora em modo desenho
livre.

– Para desativar a caneta durante o uso, utilize a tecla “TAB” ou clique
o botão direito do mouse quando o cursor da caneta marcadora
estiver visiível.

Botões de seleção de cores
(linhas dinâmicas e caneta marcadora)

• A cor da caneta marcadora pode ser selecionada pelos botões
adjacentes ao botão. A cor da tinta será visível no botão do marcador.

• Para apagar individualmente destaques feitos com a caneta
marcadora, basta clicar o botão direito do mouse sobre a área
marcada.

EXEMPLO DE USO - PLANILHAS
• Veja exemplos utilizando o marcador horizontal na cor vermelha.

• Na figura acima, vemos o uso do marcador horizontal vermelho para
destacar os valores da primeira linha. Podemos movimentar o
marcador, facilitando o preenchimento da planilha com maior
concentração e rapidez, bem como a análise dos dados.

• Na figura abaixo, vemos o uso das linhas espaçadas do marcador para
facilitar ainda mais o preenchimento e destaque da linha desejada.

Veja a seguir o modo "heyelight" do marcador horizontal. Neste modo,
não podemos clicar sobre os dados. Logo, além de destacar a linha, atua
protegendo os dados, evitando alterações durante a digitação dos próximos
valores.


HeyeLighter™

• Na figura acima, vemos o uso de 2 marcadores do HeyeLighter em
cores diferentes. O marcador vertical laranja delimita a coluna C da
planilha, permitindo digitar valores, bem como destacar a coluna para
análise. O marcador horizontal destaca a linha 3.

• Na figura abaixo, vemos o uso de 2 marcadores horizontais da mesma
cor em modos diferentes (linha simples e "heyelight"). Podemos ver
também a linha de leitura que se move juntamente com a ponteira do
mouse.

• Podemos utilizar inúmeros marcadores de tela para facilitar o trabalho.

Destaque com a caneta marcadora (cor vermelha)

• Na figura acima, vemos o marcador vertical azul no modo linhas
espaçadas. Os demais destaques foram feitos com a caneta
marcadora. Todos os destaques feitos na tela podem ser
movimentados livremente na tela e apagados individualmente.

EXEMPLO DE USO – LEITURA

• O HeyeLighter também facilita a leitura de textos, aumentando a
concentração. Utiliza marcadores coloridos que podem permanecer na
posição da tela em que foram colocados e linhas de leitura que se
movem juntamente com a ponteira do mouse.
(A figura acima mostra o marcador horizontal para facilitar a leitura de textos. Neste caso, o manual
do produto Eyegreeable™ da AureoSoft).
