invitations for different types of meetings.
• Prepare and manage all types of meetings :
( RTDs , Group presentations & Semposia )
using different A/V equipments.
3. What is meeting ?
A gathering of three or more persons
sharing common objectives , where
communications ,verbal and/or
written , is primary mean of
achieving those objectives.
4. Types of meeting :
• Group discussion / Round table discussion.
• Group meeting / Group presentation.
• Symposia / Conference .
For all meetings types :
• Set the “ Meeting Objective “ .
• Define the “ meeting Title “
• Create the “ Meeting Invitations “.
5. Setting meeting objectives :
• To overcome certain problems or objections.
• To promote a new concept , indication &
certain paper related to your product.
• To launch new product.
• To involve & gain KOLs.
• To keep & improve contacts with juniors.
• To increase sales potential of a hospital or
region.
6. Define the meeting title :
• Informative.
• Attractive.
• Represent the subject.
• Understandable.
• Brief & effective .
7. Create the meeting invitation :
• Name of the physician.
• Name of the company.
• Type of the activity.
• The chosen title for the meeting.
• Name of the speaker.
• Place , date & time of the meeting.
• Invitation must be personal.
