AT MONDRIAN SOUTH BEACH
Dear Mr. Tomas,
I want to take the time to let you know how much my partner and I enjoy
staying at the Mondrian.Our stays are made all the better by the outstanding
service provided by Armando Cerda at the front desk.
Mr. Cerda provides us with exceptional service each time we stay at the
Mondrian and is a huge factor in our decision to make the Mondrian our hotel
of choice in Miami Beach.
Mr. Cerda always remembers our names, asks about our family, whom also
are frequent guests, and is always there to help no matter what we may
need.
The Mondrian has other great employees butMr. Cerda really stands out and
should be recognized for providing such exquisite service!
