• Founded to tackle the student
achievement crisis and improve
education throughout greater
Cincinnati and northern Kentucky
• In 4 years, Strive partners
improved student success across
three large public school districts.
• 34 of the 53 success indicators
showed positive trends, including
high school graduation rates,
fourth-grade reading and math
scores, and the number of
preschool children prepared for
kindergarten
13. The Healthy Trail is
designed to drive
purchasing decisions
towards healthier
food alternatives
through education,
encouragement,
interaction and by
involving children in
food purchases and
meal planning
decision making.
